Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 6 November 2025 (as updated and in force for players in Great Britain in 2026 unless and until replaced).
These Terms form a contract between you and SkillOnNet Ltd, a company established in Malta with its registered office at Office 1/5297 Level G, Quantum House, 75 Abate Rigord Street, Ta' Xbiex XBX 1120, Malta, which operates Luna on the SkillOnNet platform for players located in Great Britain under the UK Gambling Commission remote operating licence number 39326. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not register an account or use the gambling services at https://lyna-uk.com.
Definitions
In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Operator", "we", "us", "our" means SkillOnNet Ltd, a Malta-based company operating Luna for Great Britain customers via the Site https://lyna-uk.com under UK Gambling Commission licence number 39326.
- "Site" means the Luna online casino website operated at https://lyna-uk.com, including all sub-pages such as the Terms and Conditions, Bonus Policy and Responsible Gaming pages.
- "User", "you", "your", "Player" means any natural person who accesses the Site, creates an account, or places any bet or wager on the Site for real money or bonus funds.
- "Account" means the personal online gambling account opened by you with us on the Site in your own name, used to hold funds, bonus balances and records of your gambling activity.
- "Bet", "Wager", "Stake" means any sum of money or bonus funds risked by you on the outcome of any casino game, live casino game or other gambling activity offered on the Site.
- "Games" means all casino, live casino and other gambling products made available on the Site, whether provided directly by us or via third-party game providers integrated into the SkillOnNet platform.
- "Bonus" means any promotion, reward, free spins, bonus money, cashback, tournament prize or other incentive credited to your Account subject to specific terms, including wagering or eligibility requirements.
- "Bonus Policy" means the specific rules and conditions applicable to Bonuses, as published from time to time at https://lyna-uk.com/bonus-policy/ and incorporated by reference into these Terms.
- "Responsible Gaming Page" means the section of the Site located at https://lyna-uk.com/responsible-gaming/ which describes safer gambling tools, limits and support resources.
- "Deposit" means any transfer of funds by you into your Account using an approved payment method, in accordance with these Terms and UK Gambling Commission requirements.
- "Withdrawal" means any request by you to transfer funds from your Account to a payment method in your name, subject to verification and these Terms.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and verification checks we carry out to confirm your identity, age, address, source of funds and other information required under applicable law and UK Gambling Commission rules.
- "Self-Exclusion" means any voluntary self-exclusion from gambling implemented via our tools or via the national multi-operator scheme (including GAMSTOP), as described on the Responsible Gaming Page.
- "ADR Provider" means the approved Alternative Dispute Resolution body appointed by us, currently eCOGRA, which may review unresolved disputes between you and us relating to gambling transactions.
- "UKGC" means the UK Gambling Commission, the regulator for gambling in Great Britain, whose public register entry for SkillOnNet Ltd (licence number 39326) is available at https://gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register/business/detail/39326.
- "Real Money" means cash funds deposited by you and not subject to any wagering requirement, excluding any Bonus or locked promotional funds.
- "Fraudulent Activity" includes, without limitation, chargebacks, payment fraud, identity theft, collusion, use of stolen payment details, money laundering, use of automated tools (bots), or any attempt to manipulate or abuse our systems or promotions.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Jurisdiction
- Age requirement: You may only open an Account and use the gambling services on the Site if you are at least 18 years old. We will carry out age verification checks and may require documentary evidence of your age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Location: Luna at https://lyna-uk.com is intended exclusively for customers located in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). We may use geolocation, IP checks and other tools to restrict or block access from outside Great Britain, including UK players in other jurisdictions, to comply with UKGC rules.
- Single account: You may hold only one Account with Luna on https://lyna-uk.com. Duplicate or linked accounts in your name or under related details may be closed or merged, and any Bonuses may be cancelled in accordance with these Terms and our Bonus Policy.
Account Creation Process
- Registration information: When creating an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Great Britain, email address and any other details requested on the registration form.
- Email verification: We may require you to verify your email address by clicking on a link sent to you. Until verification is complete, we may restrict your ability to deposit, wager or withdraw.
- Username and password: You must choose a secure password and, where applicable, a username. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity on your Account that occurs after successful authentication will be treated as having been carried out by you.
KYC, Verification and Source of Funds
- Mandatory checks: To comply with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and UKGC requirements, we will conduct KYC checks. We may request documents such as copies of your passport or ID card, proof of address, payment method documentation and evidence of source of funds or wealth.
- Automated and enhanced checks: SkillOnNet Ltd applies strengthened automated and manual checks across its brands, including Luna, following regulatory expectations and past regulatory settlements. As a result, we may ask for additional information or temporarily restrict your Account while checks are completed.
- Timing and restrictions: We may suspend deposits, gameplay, Bonuses or withdrawals until satisfactory completion of KYC and source-of-funds checks. If you do not provide requested documents or information within a reasonable time, we may close your Account and, where required by law or regulation, return any remaining Real Money balance to you.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide to us is truthful, complete and kept up to date. You must promptly inform us of any changes to your details, such as address or payment information.
- Password security: You must not share your login details with any third party, permit any other person to use your Account, or access the Site on behalf of another person. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately via the Site's support channels and change your password.
- Prohibited uses: You must not use your Account for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud. We may share information with regulators, law enforcement and payment providers where we suspect any Fraudulent Activity or breach of these Terms.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gambling Rules
- Game rules: Each Game offered on the Site is governed by its own rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information, which are accessible within the Game interface. By placing a Bet, you agree to the specific rules of the Game and to these Terms.
- Fairness and RNG: Games (other than live casino) use certified random number generators (RNGs), tested by independent laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness, in line with UKGC technical standards.
- Bet limits: Each Game may specify minimum and maximum stake limits per round or per bet. You are responsible for checking the limits before placing a Bet. Bets outside permitted limits will not be accepted.
Placing, Accepting and Settling Bets
- Acceptance of bets: A Bet is deemed accepted when it is confirmed by our servers and appears in your Game or Account history. If a Bet is not recorded on our systems for any reason, it is not valid and will not be settled.
- Bet confirmation: Once a Bet has been placed and confirmed, you cannot usually cancel or change it. Exceptions may apply where a Game explicitly offers a "cash-out" or similar feature, in which case the rules of that Game will apply.
- Settlements: Winnings are credited to your Account balance once the outcome of a Bet is determined. If you believe that a Bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact us promptly and before placing further Bets that may rely on the disputed outcome.
Errors, Malfunctions and Disconnections
- Obvious errors: If a Game is displayed with a manifest or obvious error (for example, a misconfigured paytable or clearly incorrect odds), the Bet may be voided and any stake returned. We may adjust your balance to correct any error, subject to UKGC rules.
- Technical failures: In the event of a system or network failure, Game malfunction, misconfiguration or interruption beyond our reasonable control, all affected Bets may be voided or paused, and stakes may be returned where appropriate. Malfunctions of Games or RNGs void all affected plays and payouts.
- Disconnections: If you are disconnected from the internet while playing, the outcome of any completed Game round will stand and be reflected in your Account, and any unfinished round will be resolved according to the Game rules, which may include automatic play-out or voiding of the round.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: When using live casino tables, chat functions or any interactive components, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other players. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene or harassing language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- No promotion or solicitation: You must not advertise products or services, promote other websites, solicit funds, or attempt to recruit other players for any purpose in chats or during live play.
- Fraud and collusion: Any attempt to cheat, collude with other players, use bots or automated systems, exploit software bugs, or otherwise obtain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in account closure, voiding of Bets, confiscation of funds and reporting to authorities.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Principles
- Separate Bonus Policy: All Bonuses and promotions offered at Luna are subject to these Terms and to the detailed Bonus Policy available at https://lyna-uk.com/bonus-policy/. In case of conflict between a promotional description and the Bonus Policy, the Bonus Policy will normally prevail, except where we explicitly state otherwise and such treatment is permitted under UKGC rules.
- Transparency: Key terms of each promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible Games, maximum bonus amounts, and significant restrictions, will be presented clearly at the point of offer and in the Bonus Policy.
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Bonus activation: Some Bonuses are credited automatically upon deposit or registration, while others require you to opt in, select a Bonus, or enter a bonus code. Specific activation instructions are set out in the relevant promotional materials.
- Wagering: Bonus funds and any associated winnings may be subject to wagering requirements (for example, a requirement to wager a multiple of the bonus amount) before they can be converted into withdrawable Real Money. The applicable wagering multiple, contribution of different Games, and any maximum stake per bet using bonus funds will be specified in the Bonus Policy.
- Time limits: Bonuses and free spins are usually subject to expiry periods (for example, a requirement to complete wagering within a specified number of days from receipt). If the wagering requirement is not met within the relevant period, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Game restrictions: Certain Games may be excluded or contribute less towards wagering requirements. These restrictions will be set out in the Bonus Policy and may include specific high-RTP Games or certain table games.
- Irregular play: You must not engage in strategies that are intended to unfairly meet wagering requirements, such as very low-risk betting, hedge betting or placing large bets that significantly exceed the maximum allowed bet per spin or round when using Bonus funds. We may void Bets and remove Bonuses and associated winnings if we reasonably believe that Bonus abuse has occurred.
- Combining promotions: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus or promotion may usually apply to your Account at any given time, and using multiple promotions to cover the same risk or Bet may be considered abuse.
Bonus Cancellation and Adjustment
- Voluntary cancellation: You may be able to cancel an active Bonus before completing wagering. However, doing so may result in the loss of any bonus balance and Bonus-derived winnings, as explained in the Bonus Policy.
- Our rights: We may withhold, cancel or adjust Bonuses where we have reasonable grounds to suspect error, abuse, Fraudulent Activity or violation of these Terms or the Bonus Policy, provided that any such action is fair, transparent and in line with UKGC requirements.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Accepted methods: We may make available various deposit methods appropriate for customers in Great Britain, including debit cards, certain e-wallets and bank transfers, in compliance with UK law and UKGC rules. Credit cards and credit card payments via e-wallets are not permitted for gambling transactions by customers in Great Britain.
- Crypto-assets: Notwithstanding general references to payment technologies, we do not currently accept deposits in cryptocurrencies or other crypto-assets from customers in Great Britain, in order to comply with regulatory expectations.
- Limits: We may set minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day, and you may set your own lower limits via our responsible gambling tools. Information on limits is available in the cashier section of the Site.
Withdrawal Rules and Processing Times
- Verification before withdrawal: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods in your own name, and only after we have completed required KYC and source-of-funds checks to our satisfaction. We may request additional documents at any time, especially before approving significant withdrawals.
- Processing times: We aim to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe once all checks are complete. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your payment provider and banking system. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banks.
- Limits and fees: We may set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction or per specified period and may charge reasonable fees for certain withdrawal methods, where permitted by law and disclosed to you before confirming the transaction.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Payment Issues
- Refunds: Deposits are normally non-refundable once used for gambling. In exceptional circumstances and subject to responsible gambling considerations and anti-money laundering rules, we may consider a refund of unused deposits. Any such refund will be at our reasonable discretion, consistent with UKGC regulations.
- Chargebacks: If you request a chargeback or reverse a payment without our consent, we may suspend or close your Account, deduct the disputed amount from your balance, and recover any costs or fees incurred. We may also report chargeback abuse to payment providers, regulators or law enforcement.
- Incorrect credits: If funds are credited to your Account in error, you must notify us immediately and must not withdraw or use such funds. We are entitled to reverse the transaction and correct your balance.
Segregation of Funds and Financial Protections
- Player funds: Player funds are held in accordance with UKGC requirements. Information on how your funds are protected in the event of insolvency is made available on the Site in line with the UKGC's categorisation of customer fund protection.
- Taxes and charges: You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes or other charges that may arise from your winnings, as required under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
Our Obligations
- Fair operation: We will operate the Site and Games with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with applicable laws, UKGC licence conditions and relevant industry standards. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Games are fair and that results are produced by certified RNGs or legitimate live casino processes.
- Accuracy of results: Game outcomes and account balances recorded on our systems are, in the absence of manifest error or malfunction, final and binding. Where we identify an error or malfunction, we will correct it and adjust balances where appropriate.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical issues beyond our control: We are not responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by failures or delays in telecommunications systems, internet connectivity, devices, software or hardware used by you or third parties, or by any denial-of-service attacks or similar events beyond our reasonable control.
- Third-party services: The Site may integrate content or services from third-party game providers, payment providers or other suppliers. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of such third parties, except to the extent required by law.
- Consequential losses: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Games.
Maximum Liability
- Bet-level cap: For any specific Bet, our maximum liability to you, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, will not exceed the amount of the stake placed on that Bet, or the amount of winnings due in respect of that Bet that has not yet been paid, whichever is higher, unless otherwise required by law.
- Overall limitation: Without prejudice to your statutory rights, and subject to liability that cannot be excluded (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud), our total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising from your use of the Site and the gambling services within any rolling 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (i) the total amount of your Deposits to the Site during that 12-month period that remain in your Account and (ii) £10,000.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Our rights: All intellectual property rights in the Site (including its design, layout, logos, trademarks, domain names, underlying code and software) and in the Luna brand as used on https://lyna-uk.com are owned by or licensed to SkillOnNet Ltd and/or its licensors.
- Game providers: The Games and related content (including graphics, sound and animations) are owned by us or by third-party game providers and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Permitted Use
- Limited licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site and the Games solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited use: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, transmit, display, perform, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site, the software or the content for any purpose other than personal entertainment, except as expressly permitted by law.
- No scraping or automation: You must not use any robot, spider, scraper, automated device or manual process to monitor or copy the Site or its content without our prior written consent.
Privacy & Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Privacy Policy: Details of how we collect, use, store and share personal information, and your rights in relation to your personal data, are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on the Site. - Consistency with Terms: In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy in relation to the processing of your personal data, the Privacy Policy will normally prevail, except where a specific gambling-related requirement under these Terms must apply.
Changes to Terms
Updates and Notifications
- Right to amend: We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or regulation (including UKGC licence conditions and codes of practice), technical developments, improvements to our services or adjustments to our business practices.
- Notification methods: Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include notices on the Site (for example, banners or pop-ups), updates on the Terms page at https://lyna-uk.com/terms-and-conditions/, and/or email notifications to the address registered to your Account.
Your Acceptance of Changes
- Continued use: By continuing to use the Site or your Account after changes to these Terms take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
- Right to discontinue: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Site and may request closure of your Account. We will handle any remaining funds in your Account in accordance with these Terms and relevant UKGC requirements.
Termination & Suspension
Our Rights to Suspend or Close Your Account
- Grounds for action: We may suspend or close your Account, restrict your access to the Site, or withhold funds where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- you have breached these Terms, the Bonus Policy or any Game rules;
- you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to gamble;
- you are located outside Great Britain while using the Site;
- you have engaged in or attempted Fraudulent Activity or Bonus abuse;
- you have failed to pass KYC, affordability, source-of-funds or other regulatory checks; or
- such action is necessary to comply with law, a court order, a regulator (including the UKGC) or responsible gambling obligations.
- Safer gambling measures: We may impose limits, temporary suspensions or self-exclusion in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Page at https://lyna-uk.com/responsible-gaming/ and in line with UKGC requirements, including where we identify markers of harm or affordability concerns.
Procedure and Treatment of Funds
- Notification: Unless prohibited by law or regulatory instruction, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of the reasons for any suspension or closure and provide information on any steps you may take to resolve the issue.
- Return of funds: On closure of your Account, we will normally return any remaining withdrawable Real Money balance to you, subject to KYC checks, outstanding investigations and any legal or regulatory obligations. Bonuses and Bonus-derived winnings may be removed in accordance with these Terms and the Bonus Policy.
- Confiscation: Where we reasonably determine, following investigation, that you have engaged in Fraudulent Activity, underage gambling or serious breaches of these Terms, we may void Bets and confiscate funds in accordance with UK law and UKGC rules, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Governing law: For customers located in Great Britain, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, or with your use of the Site and the gambling services, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Dispute Resolution and ADR
- Internal complaints procedure: If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the Site, a Bet, a Game outcome, a Bonus, or any aspect of our services, you should first contact our customer support via the Site. We will investigate and respond in line with our complaints procedure and UKGC requirements.
- Alternative Dispute Resolution: If, after following our internal complaints process, a gambling-related dispute remains unresolved, you may escalate it to our appointed ADR provider, currently eCOGRA, in accordance with the instructions provided in our complaints information and on the Site. The ADR service is free of charge for you.
- Court proceedings: Without prejudice to your right to refer matters to ADR or to the UKGC where appropriate, the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms.
Regulatory Oversight
- UKGC supervision: SkillOnNet Ltd is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under licence number 39326, as recorded in the public register at https://gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register/business/detail/39326. You may raise concerns with the UKGC regarding our conduct where relevant, although the UKGC does not resolve individual consumer disputes.
